1. Scope and parties
This site is published by Fatih Çalışan, trading as Algoriel. Fatih Çalışan is a natural person and not a legal entity. Algoriel is the name the business trades under.
These Terms cover two things. The first is your use of the Turkish and English pages at https://algoriel.io. The second is the contact that starts when you send us a quote request through the form.
These Terms are not a services agreement. Delivery dates, payment, liability caps and the transfer of intellectual property in the work we produce belong in a separate contract that you and we both sign. Where that contract and these Terms say different things about the work itself, the signed contract decides.
When these Terms say you, they mean the person who visits the site or asks us for a quote. If you send a quote request for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and these Terms then apply to that organisation as well as to you.
The quote form is the only part of this site through which you send us information yourself. Every other page is there to be read, and requests to those pages produce the server access log and the aggregate visit measurement.
Work carried out under a signed contract, and the outside sites we link to, sit outside these Terms.
How we handle personal data is not settled here. The Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice describe that, and they are published alongside this page.
2. Acceptance
You do not need to sign anything, tick anything or open an account to read this site. Reading it asks nothing of you, and these Terms are here so that you know where you stand before you contact us. They bind you to the extent Turkish law allows.
The quote form works differently. Its last step carries two boxes, both required and both unticked when the page loads. One says that you have read and accept these Terms, the other that you have read the KVKK Notice. The form does not send until you tick both, and our server refuses a submission that arrives without them.
If you would rather not accept these Terms, do not use the quote form. You can write to us by email instead.
When you send the form, we record two things about that moment: the version of these Terms you accepted, identified by its date, and the time of acceptance. Both sit in the notification record that reaches our mailbox together with your request. If a question later arises about which wording applied to you, that record answers it.
Ticking the box is a decision about these Terms only. The second box on the same step confirms that you have read the KVKK Notice, and it is not consent to anything.
If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away a right that Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection gives you. Where a clause on this page and a mandatory consumer right pull in different directions, the consumer right prevails.
3. Site content and quotes
There are no prices on this site. The service pages describe the kind of work we do, and the budget ranges in the quote form exist so that you can tell us the size of the project you have in mind.
Neither of those is an offer. Under Article 8 of the Turkish Code of Obligations (Law No. 6098), showing a price to the public can count as a binding offer unless the opposite is clear. We make it clear here: our descriptions and our budget ranges are an invitation to make an offer, and we reserve the right not to be bound by them.
We are bound only by a written quote that names the work and states how long the quote stays valid. Until you hold that document, no figure and no wording on this site commits us to a price or a scope.
A quote that passes its validity date lapses on its own. You can ask us for a new quote for the same work.
The quote form sends us a request, not an order. Sending it does not form a contract, does not hold a place in our calendar and does not oblige us to take the project on. We read every request, and we may decline one whose scope does not suit us.
When your request reaches us, the screen shows a reference code. That code records that your submission arrived, and it is not an acceptance. We send no automatic confirmation email, and the reply you receive is written by us.
We may ask you follow-up questions to pin down the scope, and those questions shape the quote we send.
We aim to send a first reply within 2 business days. That is a target we set for ourselves, not a promise you can enforce, and a request that needs longer reading takes longer to answer.
No work begins before both sides sign a contract. Anything we say in the meantime is part of a discussion, not an instruction to start.
The case studies on this site describe projects we have already delivered, under the conditions of those projects. They are a record of what happened, not a forecast. They do not promise that your project will produce a similar result.
4. Intellectual property
The text, images, code and design on this site belong to Fatih Çalışan, or to the people and businesses who licensed them to us. Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works protects them.
Algoriel is the name the business trades under and an unregistered trade mark of the operator. Using it as your own trading name, or in a way that suggests we stand behind your work, is not permitted.
You may quote from this site. Article 35 of Law No. 5846 allows quotation that stays within a reasonable length and serves a purpose of its own. We ask that you name Algoriel as the source and point your reader to the page you took the passage from.
Copying at scale needs our written permission. That covers automated collection of these pages, reproducing a page or a case study in full, republishing our text or images elsewhere, and reusing our wording to describe someone else's services.
Write to info@algoriel.io to ask for that permission. Tell us which content you want and how you plan to use it, and we will answer faster.
Client names and logos in the references and case studies belong to those clients. They appear here to record work we did. Their presence gives you no right to use them.
5. Permitted use and uploads
You may read this site, print pages from it and use the quote form for a genuine request. The following are not permitted:
- attacking the site, or scanning it for security weaknesses
- sending automated or repeated submissions through the quote form
- giving a false name, a false email address or a false organisation
- uploading a file that carries harmful code
- sending a request for someone who has not authorised you
- uploading personal data about other people that your request does not need
- uploading special categories of personal data as Turkish data protection law defines them, a group to which health data, religious belief, political opinion and biometric data belong
- collecting the content of this site automatically, or copying it in bulk
You do not have to upload anything.
The form accepts documents in PDF, DOC and DOCX format, at most 5 files, each at most 10 MB. We check what a file is from its content rather than from its name, and a file that does not match is refused.
A document you upload stays yours. We read it to understand and price your request, we keep it confidential, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement if you ask for one.
Uploaded documents are deleted 90 days after they reach us. If your request turns into a project, the document moves into the project file and the periods in the signed contract take over.
The form carries a hidden field that a person never sees. A submission that arrives with that field filled in is discarded and never processed.
We may block traffic that abuses the site or the form. We accept at most 5 submissions from the same IP address within one hour, and a submission past that limit is refused. A submission that fails the bot check is refused at the server as well.
6. Disclaimers
This site links to other sites in a few places. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement. We do not control those pages and we do not review them after we link to them, so what happens there is between you and the operator of that site.
We do not promise that the site is reachable at all times. Maintenance, a fault at our hosting provider, a network problem or an attack can take it offline. We bring it back as soon as we can, and we do not treat a gap in availability as a breach of these Terms.
The quote form can be affected as well. If your submission does not reach us, no reference code appears on the screen, and you can try again or write to us by email.
If an unexpected error occurs, the screen shows no technical detail.
We write the content carefully and it can still contain an error. Dates and descriptions age, and a technical statement can be overtaken by a change in how we work. Tell us at the address in section 11 and we will correct what is wrong.
The content is general information about the work we do. It is not legal, tax or engineering advice for your situation, and it does not replace a professional who knows your circumstances.
7. Limitation of liability
This section is about damage arising from your use of this site. Damage arising from work we deliver is a matter for the signed contract, and the limits and remedies written there apply to it instead.
For damage caused by slight negligence on our side in connection with the site, our liability is excluded as far as Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations allows. That article draws the boundary, and we do not try to move it.
Two things stay outside any exclusion. We remain liable for damage we cause with intent or through gross negligence, and a clause that said otherwise would be void. We also remain liable for personal injury, whatever the degree of fault.
Our responsibility for the way we process personal data sits outside this section as well. Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data governs that question, and the Privacy Policy describes how we answer it.
If you are a consumer, the rights that Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection gives you stay in place, and this section does not reduce them.
This section does not cancel what we owe you under a written quote that states its validity period.
It does not change the burden of proof either: a claim for damage is proved under the rules the law sets.
We do not use blanket wording that denies responsibility across the board. What the law allows us to limit, we limit, and no further.
8. Transfer of the business
Algoriel is run today by a natural person. The business may in future become a legal entity, or be transferred to one, and the relationship you have with us would then continue with that successor.
By accepting these Terms you agree in advance to that transfer, in the way Article 205 of the Turkish Code of Obligations allows for the transfer of a contract. The permission is limited to that single case. It does not let us pass your relationship to an unrelated third party, and it does not let a successor weaken what we promised you here.
We announce a transfer on this site, and by email where we hold an address for you, at least 30 days before it takes effect.
The announcement names the successor and the date of the transfer. Passing personal data to the successor falls under Article 8 of Law No. 6698 and follows the same advance announcement.
If you would rather not continue with the successor, you may end the relationship during that period and ask us to erase the data we hold about you. The Privacy Policy explains how to make that request and how we answer it.
A successor issues its own notice under data protection law. It also inherits the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy, which it cannot lengthen.
9. Changes to these Terms
We change these Terms only for a reason on this list:
- a change in the law
- a change in how the site works
- a change in a recipient or a retention period
- the correction of an error
Every version carries a date, and that date is its name. The version in force as you read this page is dated 15 September 2026.
The version in force is always published on this page. When we publish a new one it appears at the same address, and the date at the top of the page changes with it. The KVKK Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy follow the same rule.
A new version applies from the day we publish it and does not reach backwards. The version that governs a quote request is the one you accepted when you sent it, which is why we record the version and the moment of acceptance with your request.
Turkish law does not allow a clause that lets one side rewrite a relationship on its own, to the disadvantage of the other. Article 24 of the Turkish Code of Obligations treats such a clause as unwritten, and we claim no right of that kind.
If you want to see a version we published earlier, write to info@algoriel.io and we will send it to you.
A change in why we process personal data is a separate matter. It calls for a fresh notice under data protection law, not an edit to this page.
10. Governing law, disputes and languages
Turkish law governs these Terms and your use of this site.
If you and we both act as merchants in the sense of Turkish commercial law, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çatalca) are competent for a dispute arising from these Terms. Article 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Law No. 6100) allows merchants to agree on a competent court, and this clause is that agreement.
If you are not a merchant, that clause does not apply to you. The general rules of Turkish law then decide which court hears a case.
If you are a consumer, the routes that Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection opens stay open. You may apply to the consumer dispute committee, known in Turkish as the tüketici hakem heyeti, for claims up to the limit set for each year, and to the consumer court above that limit. Nothing on this page narrows either route.
If something goes wrong, we suggest that you write to us first, because most questions are settled that way. That suggestion is not a condition you have to meet before you go to a court or to the consumer dispute committee.
These Terms send no dispute to a private tribunal in place of a court, and they contain no clause in which you give up the right to join a collective claim.
This page exists in Turkish and in English. Each version is written for its own reader rather than translated word for word, and both carry the same positions. The version you read and accepted is the one that governs your relationship with us.
The Turkish version appears on the Turkish pages and the English version on the English pages. Tell us if you find a point that one version misses.
11. Notices, severability and operator details
We send notices about your request to the email address you gave in the quote form. Keep that address in working order while a request is open, and tell us if it changes.
You reach us at info@algoriel.io. That address takes questions about these Terms, requests about your data and anything else you would rather put in writing.
You can also send the same notice by post to our postal address below, and we answer letters that reach us there.
We send you no marketing email. Our reply to your quote request is not a commercial electronic message.
If a clause on this page turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force, as Article 27 of the Turkish Code of Obligations provides, and the rule the law gives for that question replaces the clause that failed.
