Services
Software development, from architecture to launch.
We work under six main headings, and each service page sets out what its scope covers and which project shows it. The same team handles all of them.
What we build
The software we build falls under six headings. Each card says what that service solves and where it fits.
- System Architecture
A system architecture service that plans the data structure, components and room to grow of a new system before any code is written.
- Mobile App
Mobile apps for your field teams and your customers, which can be built to keep working without an internet connection when the job needs it.
- Web Software
Web software that keeps your public pages and the parts that do the actual work in one application: requests, catalogue, archive and admin panel together.
- Enterprise & Commercial Software
Business systems built for the scale where several institutions, branches and screens share one system.
- Software Consulting
We take over a running codebase and improve it: read it first, leave the working parts alone, stay on the stack your team already maintains.
- AI Consulting
Which step needs a model, which one computer vision settles, and which decision stays with a person. A language model comes in only where the problem needs one.
How we work
Whichever service you open, the path is the same: the rules of the job are written down first, then the screens appear. The process page has the detail.
See our processNo office, we work remotely
We have no office and the work runs asynchronously. The cards below show which service we publish for which location, with the districts inside each card.
Frequently asked
-
How do you work with fully remote clients?
We work entirely in writing. There is no office; all 21 case studies in the portfolio were built this way, and we have never sat in a room with any of the 10 clients. Nobody on your side has to hold a desk for us or keep a visit calendar. The system architecture page shows where those decisions get written down.
-
How long does a typical project take?
The calendar follows how many parts of your operation must run separately, not the number of screens. If bookings, a service plan and invoicing each need their own flow, the work takes longer. The dental clinic CRM keeps those three in separate flows, and none of them is a field on another. We work out how many separate flows you need in the first conversation.
-
How is a project priced?
A price comes out of a scope that has been written down. We document what will be built and what stays outside it, and the number follows that document. You are never left holding an estimate that grows later. The same service heading does not carry the same price twice: a single-product catalogue and a sales flow with trim options are not the same job.
-
Which industries do you work with?
We have built for education, automotive, field service and retail. Our service headings are split by how your information is organised rather than by industry, so sector alone rarely decides the fit. Vipkurum carries seven education providers on one system; each institution signs in at its own domain and its records stay out of the others. If your industry is not on that list, the shape of the work may still be familiar.
-
Do you support the product after launch?
We do. Launch is not a delivery date; it is the system's first working day, and your team is not left alone after it. AlgoKlima is our own product, so its version upgrades, data migration and support load sit with us. What maintenance covers, and what counts as a new feature instead, is itemised in the proposal.
Not sure which service you need?
Tell us what you want to do and we will work out together which service it is.
