Process Tracking for Uskudar businesses

What gets asked at the front desk is rarely the time; it is the order. Where did this patient stop, and which step comes next? If you run a practice along Baglarbasi or Cengelkoy in Uskudar and the same patient returns for weeks, the answer may still be travelling on a card left at the desk. In the CRM we built for a dental clinic the order lives on the plan instead, so the next step can be read before any appointment exists.

Process Tracking — Uskudar

Uskudar leans towards health, education and service institutions that run on appointments, with Altunizade and Baglarbasi the visible part of it. If your work does not finish in one visit, what is worth following in process tracking software for Uskudar is not staff hours but where a person stands in the plan. The work closest to that profile is a CRM we built for a dental clinic. It stops short in one place: it was set up inside a single clinic, and a shared patient record across several locations, reported from a centre, is not something we can show. Laravel runs the plan and the appointment flow, while MySQL holds the patient, plan and invoice records.

  • The order lives on the plan: which tooth gets which procedure, and in which session, waits there in sequence and can be read before an appointment is opened.
  • An appointment is not a bare hour but the counterpart of a named step, so moving a step or inserting a session shifts the calendar along with it.
  • The clinic manager sees where a patient stands in the plan on one screen, with completed, waiting and undated steps side by side.

Why Algoriel

  • Keeps working offline

The field app keeps recording with no connection, and the queue reaches the server in order once signal returns. That is how AlgoKlima runs.

  • Entry from QR and location

Where no fixed terminal can be installed, entry and exit are logged from a QR code and a location reading, and entitlement is worked out from those readings.

  • Records land the same hour

Jobs close in the field, so the office sees where each one stands without waiting for end of day.

  • Office and field read one source

The office panel and the field app read the same information, so nobody keeps a spreadsheet alongside it.

  • What the record attaches to

Rather than mapping a process in the abstract, we decide what a record hangs on. On the construction system a row belongs to a person and a site at once, and the two are never separated. In AlgoRandevu we are building a structure where a booking can attach to a person, a room or a piece of equipment.

  • The entry that stays open

Instead of a live dashboard, one rule: a matched check-in and check-out produce the hours, and a check-in with no scan out stays open. Whatever is stuck shows up as that gap.

  • Who was where, on the record

Because a single row carries both the person and the site, totals separate by site. When one worker spends the month across two sites, those hours never fall into the same bucket.

  • What is left when the figure is disputed

Because payroll is derived from matched pairs, the number argued over at month end has a time- and location-stamped record behind it. There is no parallel calculation sheet to reconcile against; the dispute happens over the record itself.

  • Records taken beyond coverage

In AlgoKlima's service flow the chain does not break where the network does. Once the connection returns the waiting entries are processed in the order they were created, and an edit made in the field and one made in the office merge into a single record through conflict resolution.

  • Process rules kept out of the code

Rules like the length of a step and the gap between consecutive ones belong in a product setting, not in the code. The aim is that changing one does not mean shipping a release, and that is what we are building into AlgoRandevu right now.

Dental clinic CRM — the order lives on the plan, an appointment answers to a step

A treatment plan is built tooth by tooth and split into ordered sessions spread across weeks, so which step comes next is read from the plan rather than from an appointment book. Each appointment opens as the counterpart of one of those steps, which is why changing the plan shifts the calendar with it and leaves behind no hour attached to nothing. The clinic manager sees where a patient stands on one screen: the step completed, the step waiting, and the step with no date yet. Laravel runs the plan and the appointment flow, and MySQL holds the patient and plan records.

Working with Uskudar teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • A patient comes back three weeks later. Who remembers what comes next?

Nobody has to; the plan carries it. The steps sit in sequence on the plan record, so the next one is known before an appointment is opened. When the person at the front desk changes, the knowledge does not leave with them.

  • A session gets added halfway through a plan. What happens to the appointments after it?

An appointment carries the step of the plan it belongs to. When a session is inserted, the later steps keep their place in the sequence and shift along, and no hour is left in the calendar with nothing attached to it.

  • We have two chairs and either can take the same patient. Does the plan follow the chair or the patient?

The plan sits on the patient's own record, and which chair they sit in does not change the order of the steps. A completed step moves the sequence forward, and the patient returns to the next session on the same plan.

  • How do we work with you — is there a team that comes to the clinic?

There is not. We keep no physical office and the work runs remotely from start to finish. Setup is not an installation job: procedure types, plan steps and appointment rules are entered from the panel. The part worth discussing is which record the order will live on.
