ERP for Uskudar businesses

Health, education and service institutions cluster around Uskudar's Altunizade, Baglarbasi and Cengelkoy line. Where an institution does not fit into one building, the admin office sits on one street and the classroom or consulting floor on the next, and a technical team moves between them through the day. The question then is not who worked but which building the hours land on. Construction site attendance answers it site by site: time the same person spends at different sites accumulates separately, and entitlement comes out of that total. No spreadsheet is opened alongside.

ERP — Uskudar

In Uskudar the work turns largely on appointments and institutional records, while technical and support crews can spread across several buildings. The work closest to this district's conditions is our construction site attendance work. Where it does not overlap is plain: it was written for a construction site, and holds no patient or student record. Entitlement here means time totalled per site — payroll legislation, a human resources module, consolidated finance, production planning and the supply chain stay outside. What travels is the record's shape: duration comes from a matched pair, and the site split does not dissolve into one total. Laravel takes the readings, MySQL keeps them, and the field app runs on a phone with React Native (Expo).

  • Time the same person spends at different sites is totalled separately, so how many hours a given building consumed never disappears into one grand figure.
  • An entry whose exit was never scanned stays open as an incomplete record, and the calculation does not count an unclosed pair as finished.
  • The limit is written down: entitlement here is a time total rather than a payroll calculation, and we have no human resources or consolidated finance work to show.

Why Algoriel

  • Work order through to invoice

In AlgoCar information is entered once and carried on the same record from the work order to the invoice.

  • Stock moves next to the job

Parts leave stock against a work order, so nobody hunts for where a part went at month end.

  • The calculation becomes the quote

Resterm sizes a unit with an engineering calculation, and the result drops into the cart and the project record.

  • Where the scope stops

Operations, stock and accounting are in scope. Production planning, supply chain, consolidated finance and HR are not.

What we build

ERP
  • Work order, part and invoice on one chain

At AlgoCar a work order opens, the part consumed is written to it, and the invoice comes from that same record. The chain never splits across three programs.

  • The same movement is never typed twice

A part leaves stock the moment it is written to the work order. No warehouse screen sits waiting for the same consumption to be keyed in again.

  • Cost and revenue in one system

The trading and accounting side runs in the same system as the service record, so the two faces of a job are not reconciled after the fact.

  • Spend that accumulates on the asset

At AlgoCar servicing and repair build up under the plate and chassis record, so what a vehicle has cost in total is read from its own file.

  • Where a quote line came from

At Resterm you can trace a quote line back to the heating requirement that produced it.

  • From calculation to basket to project

The product the engineering calculation selects drops into the basket, the basket attaches to a project, and the project to its customer. The records stay on one chain.

Construction workforce attendance — hours split site by site, entitlement follows

A construction site is temporary and crews move between sites. Entry and exit are recorded by scanning a QR code with location verification, so who was on which site and for how long collects on one line. What this page rests on is where the calculation comes from: no separate table is kept for entitlement, duration is read from the closed entry-exit pair, and time the same person spends at different sites builds up apart. The React Native (Expo) app runs on the worker's phone, Laravel takes the readings and MySQL keeps them.

Working with Uskudar teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • Our institutional record is single but our team works across separate buildings in Uskudar. Can the system keep them apart?

It can. A record holds who scanned and where they scanned together, and time builds up beneath both. Hours the same person spends in different places are totalled apart, so no single lump has to be divided by hand afterwards.

  • You say entitlement. Do you write payroll too?

No. Entitlement here is a time total per site. We have no payroll legislation or human resources module to show, and our ERP scope stays on operations, stock and accounting.

  • Our records are on the patient and student side. What does this project say to that?

Nothing directly, and we write that as it is. What carries across is the shape of the record: a figure can be produced from closed record pairs rather than a table kept beside them. Rename the record and the source of the number does not move.

  • You work remotely. How do you build this without seeing the buildings?

What we need to see is not a building but which boundary the hours are written under. There is no office and no on-site attendance in what we offer. Construction workforce attendance started the same way: site boundaries and scan points went into writing before any code, and another development team carried part of that build with us.

Is the cost of a job still meeting its revenue at month end?
