ERP for Ankara businesses

An asset register tells you where a unit sits. It rarely says what happened to it. Put several identical units side by side on an office floor around Kizilay and the gap shows: which one is still under warranty, which one was serviced most recently, which one has failed twice. If you are weighing up ERP software in Ankara, that is the first thing worth settling — where the history is kept. In AlgoKlima it hangs off each device record rather than off a list. It is our own product and we carry its upkeep.

ERP — Ankara

Ankara is dense with corporate head offices and multi-unit organisations, and the weight sits in the management layer more than on a production line. If the units beneath one head office share a stock of equipment and an outside crew maintains the air conditioning and heating, a device's history can end up on that crew's paperwork rather than in your own records. The work closest to how this city operates is AlgoKlima. Where it does not overlap, plainly: AlgoKlima was written for air conditioning, boiler and appliance service, and an approval ladder between corporate units is not something we can show. The scope holds at operations, stock and accounting; production planning, supply chain, consolidated finance and human resources fall outside. Laravel carries the office panel, Inertia the interface, MySQL the records and Redis the cache.

  • Warranty, maintenance and fault records hang under the device, so two identical units working on the same floor never share a file.
  • Move a unit to another department and its history travels with it, so the receiving side does not open an empty record.
  • The boundary is written down as well: purchase approval chains, production schedules, consolidated finance and staff administration stay outside this scope.

Why Algoriel

  • Work order through to invoice

In AlgoCar information is entered once and carried on the same record from the work order to the invoice.

  • Stock moves next to the job

Parts leave stock against a work order, so nobody hunts for where a part went at month end.

  • The calculation becomes the quote

Resterm sizes a unit with an engineering calculation, and the result drops into the cart and the project record.

  • Where the scope stops

Operations, stock and accounting are in scope. Production planning, supply chain, consolidated finance and HR are not.

What we build

ERP
  • Work order, part and invoice on one chain

At AlgoCar a work order opens, the part consumed is written to it, and the invoice comes from that same record. The chain never splits across three programs.

  • The same movement is never typed twice

A part leaves stock the moment it is written to the work order. No warehouse screen sits waiting for the same consumption to be keyed in again.

  • Cost and revenue in one system

The trading and accounting side runs in the same system as the service record, so the two faces of a job are not reconciled after the fact.

  • Spend that accumulates on the asset

At AlgoCar servicing and repair build up under the plate and chassis record, so what a vehicle has cost in total is read from its own file.

  • Where a quote line came from

At Resterm you can trace a quote line back to the heating requirement that produced it.

  • From calculation to basket to project

The product the engineering calculation selects drops into the basket, the basket attaches to a project, and the project to its customer. The records stay on one chain.

AlgoKlima — warranty, maintenance and faults gather under the device record

An Algoriel product rather than client work: service management software whose upkeep we carry. It was written for air conditioning, boiler and appliance service. The idea that travels out of it is where history is anchored — to the device, not to an address or a person. Warranty cover, completed maintenance and reported faults gather on the same device record, so units working side by side at one address keep separate files and a unit that changes hands takes its history along. The office panel runs on Laravel and Inertia, records sit in MySQL, the cache in Redis. The evidence stops there: device history and service operations.

Working with Ankara teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • We run several departments. Does the software handle approvals between them?

It does not. What we describe is the record of a device and the service work on it. Budget approval between departments, the purchasing chain and staff planning sit outside that line. We have no evidence for them, so we do not promise them.

  • We already keep an asset register. Why is it not enough?

A register says where a unit is, not what has happened to it. Unless warranty expiry, completed maintenance and repeat faults gather under the same line, the decision still rests on somebody remembering. In AlgoKlima those three sit under the device record.

  • The maintenance crew is not ours. Who holds the record then?

The device holds it, not the crew. Who carried out the service is a field on the record; the history belongs to the equipment. Change the crew and the next visit is still written on top of the last one.

  • How do you build an equipment inventory without seeing the buildings?

Not by walking around it. We keep no office and give no on-site support; the inventory is built by writing down together what makes a unit unique: serial number, installation address, warranty start. Your maintenance crew's paperwork already carries most of it.
