KGM SsangYong and Vipkurum each stand for three separate systems. Across the portfolio, 9 projects were developed together with Özcan Teknoloji Yazılım Destek Danışmanlık.
The sectors we have worked in. A sector changes the rules of the job and the way information has to be kept.
We did not rewrite the KGM SsangYong corporate site. We took the system over and reorganised where its vehicle images are stored. On the online sales side a car runs from trim and colour to payment in one flow, and a kiosk app replaced the printed showroom catalogue.
One system carries 7 institutions, each keeping its own domain, its own brand and its own records. Answer sheets are read from an image of the sheet rather than through a reader device, and question cropping with answer-key matching runs on the same platform.
A doctor-facing admin panel, a patient mobile app and self-service calculators are parts of one system. A patient enters their values, a specialist writes the reading onto the same record, and the phone is notified once the result is ready.
A price change no longer sends a menu back to the printer: the card on the table became a page opened by QR. In perfume retail each scent is a single record, and every volume is a sellable unit with its own price and its own stock.
New and used plastics machinery share one listing; used stock gets a filter rather than a catalogue of its own. On the heating side a customer enters the heat they need instead of a product code, and the calculation feeds straight into the cart and the project record.
A site survey and a post-installation service call never share a form. Because unit capacity depends on the room it has to heat or cool, a survey cannot be queued like a maintenance job.
Bookings, class plans and invoices are kept apart from one another. Pilatesco holds capacity on the class itself and remaining credit on the member's record, and a cancellation and a no-show hit that balance differently.
The 15-day forecast refreshes in place, a day that has passed turns into an archive row, and the climate summary is computed from that archive. Each one feeds the next.
Nearly all of our work sits on one technical foundation, so your system never depends on a setup we use nowhere else. Our own products sit there too. Two of them, AlgoKlima and AlgoCar, are live; AlgoRandevu, Secretum and QRVizit are still being developed.
At Vipkurum, 7 separate institutions use one system while each keeps its own domain, brand and data. Adding another one does not call for a fresh installation.
The AlgoKlima field app keeps recording with no internet and sends what it collected once the connection returns. On the construction site attendance work, entry and exit are read from a QR code and a location, and each worker's earnings are calculated from that reading.
The KGM SsangYong corporate site was never rewritten. We took over a code base that was ageing but working, improved it without touching the parts that ran, and rebuilt the way vehicle images are stored.

Seven education providers work inside one platform, each signing in at its own domain and appearing under its own name. Timetables, exams, students, guardians, payments and reporting all live in the same place.
Our own workshop software, built around the car on the ramp. A work order, the parts it consumes and the invoice it produces run as one chain, and the accounting side hangs off that same record. Maintenance history lives on the plate and chassis, so it travels with the car.
Our own product for HVAC, boiler and appliance service companies. The customer and device records the office works from are the same ones the technician carries into the field. A job can be opened and closed in a basement with no signal, and service history stays tied to the device.
