Dental clinic CRM — the invoice comes off the patient record, reporting reads it again
The treatment plan is built tooth by tooth and split into sessions that run over weeks. Each appointment attaches to a step of that plan, so when a step moves the calendar shifts with it and no appointment is left standing alone. The invoice has a fixed place too: it keeps no ledger of its own, because the procedure is on the patient record and the billed line is read from the same file. Reporting makes no second copy, it reads that file from another angle. Laravel runs the flow, MySQL holds patient, plan and invoice records. The scope stayed at one clinic; consolidated finance and human resources are outside it.
