Enterprise & Commercial Software for Besiktas businesses

Images pile up on a corporate site that has been live for years. Nobody set a naming rule at the start, so which file belongs to which model can only be answered by reading the code, and adding a model turns from an editing job into a file hunt. That weight stays invisible because the page still opens. If what you have is an installation that works but has become awkward to maintain, enterprise software in Besiktas does not start with a rewrite: when we took over the KGM SsangYong site, this is the part we went through first.

Enterprise & Commercial Software — Besiktas

Head offices and multi-brand structures are dense in Besiktas. If the site you arrive with grew over years and works but has become awkward to maintain, the job does not start with a rewrite. Our closest work to that situation is the KGM SsangYong corporate site. Where the evidence stops is worth saying: the work sat on an automotive brand's corporate site, content production and campaign planning fall outside it, and we hold no client on the media or agency side in this district. What carries across is the shape of the intervention. Laravel, Tailwind, jQuery, MySQL and Redis make up the stack.

  • Vehicle images moved into a single naming and folder scheme, so which model uses which file is now visible without reading code.
  • Catalogue reads are served through Redis, so the same query does not run again for every visitor and MySQL is reached only when data changes.
  • Nothing left the existing set of Laravel, Tailwind and jQuery, which keeps maintenance inside tools the team carrying it already knows.

Why Algoriel

  • Many institutions, one system

Vipkurum runs seven institutions on the same system while each one keeps its records to itself.

  • Adding one adds a boundary

Each Vipkurum institution signs in at its own domain under its own brand, so adding one does not mean a second installation.

  • Each branch runs its own work

A branch marks its own exam sheets, so one broken device does not stall every institution at once.

  • Each role, its own view

Timetable, exams, students, parents, payments and reporting sit on one platform, and who can see what is settled up front.

  • Each institution signs in through its own domain

At Vipkurum, seven education institutions open under their own address and their own brand, and the name of the software never appears on a user's screen.

  • No reinstallation for a new institution

Adding one more institution means writing a definition. No second copy of the system is stood up, and the maintenance stays in one place.

  • Office and field on the same record

AlgoKlima's office panel and field app read and write the same record. A technician closes the job where there is no signal, and the entry reaches the office panel once the connection returns.

  • Operational and commercial records close together

At AlgoCar the service record and the commercial record sit in the same system, so the cost of a job and its revenue are not reconciled across two programs.

  • One institution's data stays closed to the next

Student, parent and payment records stay inside the boundary of the institution they belong to. That boundary is how the system is set up, not a view switched off on a screen.

  • One technical footing we can maintain for years

Nothing goes into your system that the team maintaining it does not already know. AlgoKlima and AlgoCar are our own products, built on that same footing, and we work on it every day.

KGM SsangYong — image storage rebuilt on an inherited corporate site

On a Laravel corporate site we inherited, we rebuilt how vehicle images are stored: files moved into a single naming and folder scheme, and which model uses which file became visible without reading code. Catalogue reads are now served from a Redis cache, so the same query stops reaching MySQL on every page open. On model pages we went through image sizes and the requests made with jQuery, taking the heavy sections one at a time. Working sections were left untouched and we stayed inside the existing stack, so the team carrying maintenance kept the same tools.

Working with Besiktas teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • Our site works. We do not want it rewritten.

It does not need to be. That was the approach on SsangYong as well: working sections were left alone and the intervention was held to the parts carrying page weight. We establish what is slowing the page down, then go through only that.

  • Why is image organisation a software job?

Because a filename is a record too. With no naming rule, which image belongs to which model exists only in the code, and every new model starts a search. Once the scheme is in place, adding content stops depending on a developer being free.

  • Who carries maintenance afterwards?

We stayed inside the framework we inherited: the Laravel, Tailwind and jQuery set was kept and the cache layer was the one addition. Maintenance being something the brand side or another team can carry follows directly from that decision.

  • Who did you build this with?

With a partner development team. The shared work stopped at what was rebuilt: how vehicle images are stored, how catalogue reads are served, and what the model pages ask for. Campaign planning and content production stay outside what we can show you.
