Enterprise & Commercial Software for Sariyer businesses

When a new answer sheet lands on the desk, the first question is commercial rather than technical: what do we have to buy for this? If the answer is a device, the term calendar starts waiting on a supplier — a new reader, device-specific paper, a delivery date. Around the campuses of Rumelihisari and Bahcekoy in Sariyer that wait can eat into the start of a term. In the reading tool we wrote for Vipkurum, a layout change is absorbed in software and nothing goes on an order.

Enterprise & Commercial Software — Sariyer

North of Sariyer the campuses gather course floors and academies around them, and when a term calendar is set alongside an exam calendar there is little slack in it. Tie the marking step to a device and the calendar is tied to a lead time. The work closest to this district's institutional profile is Vipkurum's optical mark reading tool. Where it does not overlap belongs on the page: the tool was written for exam marking, so version tracking, contract approval and invoice flows inside a technology office sit outside it, and for a banking or payment product we have nothing to show. Python and OpenCV pull the marks out, Node.js calls the service, and Laravel writes the result to a MySQL record.

  • When a sheet layout changes, what moves is a rule in the image analysis layer rather than a purchase order, so neither a device nor device-specific paper enters the picture.
  • The reading is done by an image analysis step written with OpenCV rather than by hardware, so an institution stops building its exam calendar around a machine being free.
  • Both ends of an exam meet on one record: the question cropping tool produces the answer key while the reading tool pulls out what the student marked.

Why Algoriel

  • Many institutions, one system

Vipkurum runs seven institutions on the same system while each one keeps its records to itself.

  • Adding one adds a boundary

Each Vipkurum institution signs in at its own domain under its own brand, so adding one does not mean a second installation.

  • Each branch runs its own work

A branch marks its own exam sheets, so one broken device does not stall every institution at once.

  • Each role, its own view

Timetable, exams, students, parents, payments and reporting sit on one platform, and who can see what is settled up front.

  • Each institution signs in through its own domain

At Vipkurum, seven education institutions open under their own address and their own brand, and the name of the software never appears on a user's screen.

  • No reinstallation for a new institution

Adding one more institution means writing a definition. No second copy of the system is stood up, and the maintenance stays in one place.

  • Office and field on the same record

AlgoKlima's office panel and field app read and write the same record. A technician closes the job where there is no signal, and the entry reaches the office panel once the connection returns.

  • Operational and commercial records close together

At AlgoCar the service record and the commercial record sit in the same system, so the cost of a job and its revenue are not reconciled across two programs.

  • One institution's data stays closed to the next

Student, parent and payment records stay inside the boundary of the institution they belong to. That boundary is how the system is set up, not a view switched off on a screen.

  • One technical footing we can maintain for years

Nothing goes into your system that the team maintaining it does not already know. AlgoKlima and AlgoCar are our own products, built on that same footing, and we work on it every day.

Vipkurum optical mark reading — a layout change moves a rule, not an order

The reading tool we wrote for Vipkurum's education platform. Marks on an optical sheet are pulled from the image of that sheet: the work belongs to an image analysis step written with OpenCV rather than to a device's optics. What that buys an institution shows on the procurement side — when a new layout arrives the adjustment is made in Python, and no reader and no device-specific paper joins an order. Sheets upload from a browser, Node.js calls the reading service, and Laravel writes the result to MySQL. Scope: exam marking.

Working with Sariyer teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • Our optical reader still works. Do we have to throw it out?

You do not. What we describe is not a purchase replacing a device but the reading step moving into software. The device can stay; what changes is that the institution's calendar no longer hangs on its delivery times. We keep no office and run the work remotely.

  • We refresh the sheet layout each term and the lead time holds our calendar back.

What creates the delay is not the layout change but the layout being tied to a device. With the adjustment made in code, a new layout is read inside the same week, and ordering, delivery and stock drop out of the chain.

  • Is an AI model doing the reading?

No. Image analysis written with OpenCV decides where a mark sits, so the call is not left to a model's interpretation. Generative models appear elsewhere in our portfolio, in the tool that matches questions to an answer key.

  • Our work is not exams. On the enterprise software side, what does this tool say to us?

The tool was written for exam marking and we say so plainly. What carries across is where a decision lives: the step turning paper into a record sits either in hardware or in software. Once it sits in software, a change is a release rather than a purchase.

How many institutions and branches should we plan your system around?
