Günlük Hava Durumu — a day takes writes until its date passes, then feeds the summary
In a weather and climate publication, whether a record can be written to depends on its date. A day still ahead takes the newest value on every refresh and keeps no earlier one. The moment the date passes, that row closes to writing and a measured day replaces the forecast. The 15 day run is always moving while the archive side holds still. Climate summaries draw on no second source: they are computed from closed day records, so a newly closed day settles into the summary by itself. Rendering is Laravel's, the records MySQL's, the transitions React's.
