Management Systems for Umraniye businesses

Booking a job takes more than a free engineer. In a mechanical contracting or air conditioning workshop around Umraniye's Serifali the test bench has to be free in the same hour, and if either one is taken the hour never opens at all, though a roster counting heads will still show it as available. Any plan that reduces capacity to a single figure goes wrong right there. Pilatesco writes the rule down instead: instructor, equipment and hour decide together how many a slot holds.

Management Systems — Umraniye

In Umraniye a mechanical contractor, an air conditioning service and a small manufacturer can share one street. Where a workshop's capacity is set by an intersection rather than a headcount — a person and a device free in the same hour — whichever is scarcer closes the slot. The record that comes closest to that is Pilatesco. Where it does not overlap belongs on the page too. It was written for a studio, so production planning, shift rosters and material consumption are not in its scope, and we promise nothing we cannot show. What carries over is where capacity comes from: not a stored figure but three conditions holding at the same moment. The slot definition itself sits in Laravel and MySQL.

  • How many people an hour holds comes from the slot's own definition, not from the look of the calendar: unless instructor, equipment and hour are all free, the slot never opens.
  • One-to-one work and group classes open under rules of their own, and because both live on a single calendar the same apparatus is never promised to two jobs.
  • The boundary belongs here as well: this evidence was written for one business's booking and membership records, so work orders, parts movements and production schedules are not inside it.

Why Algoriel

  • Capacity and credit stay apart

Pilatesco keeps class capacity and a member's remaining package credit as two different things, so filling one does not quietly consume the other.

  • The same data is entered once

In AlgoCar service, stock and accounting read the same record, so nothing gets retyped into a second screen.

  • Reports come off the record

Invoices and reports derive from the work that was logged, so no separate month-end sheet has to be filled in.

  • Sale and use meet on one record

At Pilatesco an invoice is raised when a package is sold while use is read from a calendar spread over weeks, and both meet on the member's record.

  • The rule is written into the record

What each situation leads to is defined in advance. At Pilatesco a cancellation, a no-show and a completed session each hit the entitlement differently, and nobody decides on the spot.

  • Capacity is more than a single number

How many people an hour holds is worked out from the instructor, the equipment and the time together. A one-to-one session and a group class open under their own rules.

  • Where the work stands, on one screen

At AlgoCar a job moves along one record from the moment it opens to the moment it closes. In the dental clinic the manager sees which step of the plan a patient has reached without leaving that screen.

  • One record, seen to the limit of each role

Vipkurum keeps timetables, classes, exams and payment records in one place, and a teacher, a guardian and an administrator each reach that record at their own permission level.

  • A report is the same record from another angle

The month-end picture does not require a second set of books; it is the sum of what was recorded during the day.

  • A team that does the maintenance daily

AlgoCar and AlgoKlima are our own products and both are live. We do the maintenance on software of this kind every day in our own panels, so it is not a promise we make for after handover.

Pilatesco — unless instructor, equipment and hour are all free, the slot never opens

A booking and membership system for pilates studios in which capacity is never held as a stored figure: how many a slot opens to is decided by the instructor, the equipment and the hour together. If one of the three is unavailable the slot does not open, and the same hour can open with a different capacity on another day. One-to-one sessions and group classes open under rules of their own, and since both sit on one calendar the same apparatus is never promised twice. A purchased package travels on the customer's own record. Laravel and MySQL carry it, and the scope is one business.

Working with Umraniye teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • Our bottleneck is not the engineer, it is the single test bench. Can a schedule see that?

Not while capacity is derived from headcount. In Pilatesco a slot opens only when three conditions hold at once, so if the apparatus is the single one, that apparatus closes the slot even with the instructor free. The rule lives in the slot's own definition, not in how the calendar looks.

  • Some days we can give the same hour to two jobs, some days we cannot. Is a fixed capacity wrong?

Fixed means one of two things: empty places wasted, or places sold that do not exist. If the same hour can open with different capacity on different days, capacity is a calculation rather than a figure. Its inputs are written beforehand, so nobody argues about it at the start of the job.

  • What does studio software say to us? We do mechanical contracting.

Not its screens, only the rule underneath the record. We will also state the absence plainly: production planning, shift rosters and material consumption are not in Pilatesco's scope. The single thing we describe is how a slot opens, and we decide together whether the apparatus or the person closes yours.

  • Would you not need to come to our mechanical contracting workshop in Umraniye and watch the process?

We keep no office and we do not offer on-site support; the work runs entirely remotely. We find the inputs that set capacity by writing them down together rather than by watching: which resource closes a slot, how many of it exist, and which hours take it out of service.
