Management Systems for Bakirkoy businesses

Adding a sign to a group does not add a back office. Along Bakirkoy's Zeytinlik and Kartaltepe stretch one owner can run several storefronts under separate names while a single desk handles the bookkeeping, the collections and the reports. That is where it tightens: looking at a list on screen, a manager wants to be sure whose figures are on it. Vipkurum settles that question before the screen — seven institutions share one system under their own domain and brand, and what is read never crosses an institution's boundary.

Management Systems — Bakirkoy

On Bakirkoy's western retail line a group's brand count can outrun its company count. Each new name wants its own address, its own window and its own customer list, while the team behind them stays the same. The closest work to that setup is Vipkurum. Say where it does not reach: the platform was written for education institutions, and we have nothing to show for a shop till, retail stock or a marketplace connection. We have no hospital or clinic-chain client in Bakirkoy either, so the district's health sector is not where our evidence sits. What carries over is which institution a manager's figure came from. Laravel runs it, React draws the panel and React Native (Expo) the mobile side; MySQL and MongoDB keep the records, Redis the cache.

  • Seven institutions share one system under their own domain and brand, and the payment, invoice and analysis figures a manager reads come only from that manager's own institution.
  • Announcements and notifications stay inside the institution that sent them, so a parent registered with one brand never lands on another brand's list and nobody prunes recipients by hand.
  • An institution defines its own assessment type, so adding a new criterion waits on no code change from us, and taking on another institution is a definition in the system rather than a fresh installation.

Why Algoriel

  • Capacity and credit stay apart

Pilatesco keeps class capacity and a member's remaining package credit as two different things, so filling one does not quietly consume the other.

  • The same data is entered once

In AlgoCar service, stock and accounting read the same record, so nothing gets retyped into a second screen.

  • Reports come off the record

Invoices and reports derive from the work that was logged, so no separate month-end sheet has to be filled in.

  • Sale and use meet on one record

At Pilatesco an invoice is raised when a package is sold while use is read from a calendar spread over weeks, and both meet on the member's record.

  • The rule is written into the record

What each situation leads to is defined in advance. At Pilatesco a cancellation, a no-show and a completed session each hit the entitlement differently, and nobody decides on the spot.

  • Capacity is more than a single number

How many people an hour holds is worked out from the instructor, the equipment and the time together. A one-to-one session and a group class open under their own rules.

  • Where the work stands, on one screen

At AlgoCar a job moves along one record from the moment it opens to the moment it closes. In the dental clinic the manager sees which step of the plan a patient has reached without leaving that screen.

  • One record, seen to the limit of each role

Vipkurum keeps timetables, classes, exams and payment records in one place, and a teacher, a guardian and an administrator each reach that record at their own permission level.

  • A report is the same record from another angle

The month-end picture does not require a second set of books; it is the sum of what was recorded during the day.

  • A team that does the maintenance daily

AlgoCar and AlgoKlima are our own products and both are live. We do the maintenance on software of this kind every day in our own panels, so it is not a promise we make for after handover.

Vipkurum — the figure a manager reads comes from that manager's own institution

Seven education institutions run on one shared system, each under its own domain and brand. The boundary sits at the address the login arrives from; student, parent and payment records stay inside it. Timetable, class, exam and payment sit in one data model, and teacher, parent and administrator each reach it as far as their permission goes. Invoicing, collections and analysis come from the manager's own institution data. Each institution builds its own lessons and exams and defines its own assessment type. Laravel runs it, React draws the panel, React Native (Expo) the mobile side; MySQL and MongoDB keep the records.

Working with Bakirkoy teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • We want each of our brands visible at its own address. Does that mean a second installation?

It did not in Vipkurum. An institution joins by attaching a domain, its record set starts empty and grows inside that boundary. That is how it was built for an education platform; what would carry over to your business is something we write out separately during scoping.

  • How do we know whose numbers a manager is looking at?

The figures are not filtered on screen. The record itself belongs to an institution, so invoicing, collections and analysis come only from that institution's data, and another brand's row never enters the list at all.

  • Do you work with private health providers in Bakirkoy?

No. We have no hospital or clinic-chain client in the district and we do not imply a reference that does not exist. Vipkurum was written for education institutions; what we describe is not the sector but where the boundary between institutions sits.

  • If we need a new exam or assessment type, do we have to come back to you?

In Vipkurum the institution defines its assessment type itself. Because the criterion stays in its hands, a new one waits on no code change, which is how European and Turkish criteria sit on the same infrastructure.
