AI Consulting for Bakirkoy businesses

When marked paper is read somewhere other than where it was filled in, a journey gets inserted in between. If you run one of the upper-floor businesses between Osmaniye and Zuhuratbaba the journey turns concrete: a stack is gathered, put in a car, driven to whichever building holds the machine, and joins a queue there. AI consulting in Bakirkoy enters through that queue. In the reading tool we wrote for Vipkurum, once assessment stops depending on a device, no central building is left for the paper to reach.

AI Consulting — Bakirkoy

Bakirkoy reads as a west-side retail stretch with a dense cluster of private health providers. If a single business operates from several addresses, the reading step gets asked again at every one of them. The closest work we hold is Vipkurum's optical reading tool. Say where it does not reach: it was written for exam assessment, so retail stock-count sheets, patient questionnaires and clinical records are all outside what we can show, and there is no hospital or clinic chain among our clients. What carries over is not the subject matter but where the reading happens. A form is uploaded from a scanner, Python and OpenCV pull out the marks, and the result is written to a MySQL record on the Laravel side.

  • A branch has its own stack read on site, so paper is never sent to a centre to wait its turn there.
  • The reading runs over an image uploaded from a scanner, so whether an address happens to hold a machine does not shape the flow.
  • What we do not promise is written down too: this tool is not an archive scanner and not a stock-count application.

Why Algoriel

  • The image does the reading

Vipkurum reads optical form marks with OpenCV from the image of the sheet, not through the optics of a reader appliance.

  • Cropping apart from judgement

Image processing decides where a question begins and ends; the language model only binds the answer to it. The two jobs never mix.

  • Model output lands in a record

Vipkurum writes the answer key into the cropped question's own record instead of keeping it as a separate document.

  • A person has the last word

At Tahlil.com the model drafts the reading and a doctor approves what reaches the patient; an unapproved reading never appears on screen.

What we build

AI Consulting
  • Where no model is needed

Marks on an answer sheet are read from the form image itself; the threshold that decides whether a bubble counts as filled sits in the code, and no language model runs in that step.

  • Splitting the job in two

Computer vision sets the question boundaries; a language model then ties each answer in the key to its question. Cropping accuracy never rests on a model's interpretation.

  • Removing the hardware step

Marking stops depending on a reader device; when the form layout changes, we adjust the reading service in software instead of ordering new hardware or device-specific forms.

  • Turning existing material into a pool

A booklet page is split into individual questions, the answer key is written onto each question's own record, and the questions already on hand become the pattern for new ones.

  • Tying the output to a person

At Tahlil.com AI prepares the first reading, a specialist physician writes and approves the interpretation, and responsibility for the text that reaches the patient stays with the physician who signed it.

  • Queueing the generation

In Secretum text and images come out of two separate generation paths; image generation is not instant, so that work goes onto a queue, and the finished file is stored once instead of being regenerated in the feed. Secretum is the product we are building now.

Vipkurum optical reading — the stack stays put and is read where it is

The optical form reading tool we wrote for Vipkurum's education platform. Marks are pulled off the image of the form rather than through a reader's optics, and the work belongs to image analysis running on Python and OpenCV. Geographically that means assessment no longer depends on the room a single machine stands in, so the building where an exam is sat becomes the building where it is read. A stack is scanned and uploaded instead of collected and driven. The reading service is called over Node.js and the result is written to a MySQL record on Laravel. The boundary: the tool reads and records exam papers, nothing beyond that.

Working with Bakirkoy teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • Does every branch need its own installation?

No. The reading sits as a service and works on the image a scanner produces, so what a branch does is upload the form. Records gather under one roof and installations do not multiply per branch.

  • Is the scanner at the branch enough, or do we buy a special device?

The reading looks at the image of the form, not through a device's optics. A branch therefore does not have to keep a reader of its own; a legible image of the sheet is enough.

  • Have you worked with health providers?

No. Private health providers may be dense in Bakirkoy, but there is no hospital or clinic chain in our portfolio and we do not imply one. The work we can show sits on the education side.

  • Would you not have to come out to the district to set this up?

We keep no office and work fully remotely. Instead of visiting to observe, we write down together which form lands in which record. We share part of the workload with a software team we run projects alongside.

Let us look at which step needs a model and which one needs computer vision.
