Process Tracking for Izmir businesses

A quote gets questioned months after it was written: where did this figure come from? If you manufacture along the Kemalpasa or Gaziemir line in Izmir, the answer most likely sits in two places: the engineering calculation in somebody's spreadsheet, the commercial line in another program. That is where we frame process tracking software for Izmir: a process counts as tracked only as far back as it can be read. If you write quotes for export, the question arrives sooner.

Process Tracking — Izmir

Where production in Izmir works to export orders, the reasoning behind a quote gets asked for again months later. If your buyer asks for a product by requirement rather than by code, a quote is written as the answer to that requirement. Tracking a process here does not mean listing who did what and when; it means keeping hold of which input produced which output. The work closest to that way of operating is Calculator Resterm. Its edges are worth naming: the software was built to select electric heaters, and we have nothing to show for production planning or for tracking a manufacturing line itself. Underneath it are a Laravel back end, a MySQL database and a Vue interface.

  • A quote line carries its own input, so which heating requirement produced it can still be read from the record months later.
  • Nothing is carried by hand between the technical selection and the commercial line, and with no copying step there is no drift introduced at that step.
  • The software is not a general quoting tool with a catalogue bolted on; it was built on the manufacturer's own product structure, so nobody hunts the catalogue for what the calculation already chose.

Why Algoriel

  • Keeps working offline

The field app keeps recording with no connection, and the queue reaches the server in order once signal returns. That is how AlgoKlima runs.

  • Entry from QR and location

Where no fixed terminal can be installed, entry and exit are logged from a QR code and a location reading, and entitlement is worked out from those readings.

  • Records land the same hour

Jobs close in the field, so the office sees where each one stands without waiting for end of day.

  • Office and field read one source

The office panel and the field app read the same information, so nobody keeps a spreadsheet alongside it.

  • What the record attaches to

Rather than mapping a process in the abstract, we decide what a record hangs on. On the construction system a row belongs to a person and a site at once, and the two are never separated. In AlgoRandevu we are building a structure where a booking can attach to a person, a room or a piece of equipment.

  • The entry that stays open

Instead of a live dashboard, one rule: a matched check-in and check-out produce the hours, and a check-in with no scan out stays open. Whatever is stuck shows up as that gap.

  • Who was where, on the record

Because a single row carries both the person and the site, totals separate by site. When one worker spends the month across two sites, those hours never fall into the same bucket.

  • What is left when the figure is disputed

Because payroll is derived from matched pairs, the number argued over at month end has a time- and location-stamped record behind it. There is no parallel calculation sheet to reconcile against; the dispute happens over the record itself.

  • Records taken beyond coverage

In AlgoKlima's service flow the chain does not break where the network does. Once the connection returns the waiting entries are processed in the order they were created, and an edit made in the field and one made in the office merge into a single record through conflict resolution.

  • Process rules kept out of the code

Rules like the length of a step and the gap between consecutive ones belong in a product setting, not in the code. The aim is that changing one does not mean shipping a release, and that is what we are building into AlgoRandevu right now.

Calculator Resterm — a quote line still reads back to the requirement behind it

A user enters a heating requirement rather than a product code, and the software runs the engineering calculation and picks the heater. What this page leans on is the chain read backwards: the selection drops into a basket, the basket attaches to a project, the project to its customer, and the calculation's output becomes the quote line directly. With nothing carried by hand between them, which requirement produced a line stays readable afterwards, so a disputed figure has its input under it. Laravel runs the core, MySQL holds the records, Vue carries the interface.

Working with Izmir teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • If the person who wrote the quote leaves, does the reasoning leave with them?

It does not, because the calculation lives in the software rather than in one person's spreadsheet. Whichever heating requirement produced a line stays attached to the record, so whoever picks it up later reads the same chain from the start.

  • Do quotes prepared for export buyers run through the same chain?

Where a quote is going does not change the chain: input, calculation and line stay in the same order. The limit is worth stating too — we have nothing to show for customs or foreign trade paperwork, so we promise nothing there.

  • We already keep a product catalogue. Does the software sit on top of it?

The other way round. In Resterm we built on the manufacturer's own product structure rather than adding a catalogue to a general tool. That is why a user never searches the catalogue for the heater the calculation has already selected.

  • Does your team work here? Can you meet us on site?

We keep no office and work entirely remotely, and every client we know of is in Türkiye. We meet over a call, with the record on screen. No install step lands on your side: the software runs in the browser of whoever writes the quote.
