Web Software for Kartal businesses

If a job begins on a slip of paper next to the bench, the work goes on one sheet and the part fitted goes on another, and by evening the two disagree. What is missing then is not the part but the record of it. In a place like that what gets asked for is not a shop window but a tool that opens in a browser, and that is the part we describe for Kartal's E-5 manufacturing belt: on AlgoCar the work order carries the part, and the stock movement is deducted from that record.

Web Software — Kartal

Kartal's texture is manufacturing along the E-5 and the ground around the health campus. If a workshop follows whatever comes through the door rather than a queue, several jobs open in a day and they all draw parts from one shelf. The work closest to this district's sector profile is AlgoCar — our own product, with the code and its upkeep staying with us. It was written for vehicle servicing. We have nothing to show on a workshop's production plan or machine capacity, so we leave that unsaid. What carries across is not the screens but how the record is put together. Inertia delivers those screens, MySQL holds the records, Redis serves the lists read most often, and the phone side is built with React Native (Expo). Nothing gets installed on the workshop computer; the panel opens in a browser.

  • The part consumed is written inside the work order, and the line that leaves the store is a consequence of that entry rather than a second keystroke on a warehouse screen.
  • The invoice comes off the same work order, so what a job cost and what it earned stop waiting for two programs to be reconciled at month end.
  • History belongs to the asset rather than the job: on AlgoCar, service and repair hang off the plate and chassis record, so a vehicle changing hands does not have its past retyped under a new owner.

Why Algoriel

  • Brochure and requests together

The pages that present your business and the screens that handle incoming requests sit in one application, as they do at Diotek.

  • Listings built on the server

Product and stock listings are assembled on the server rather than in the browser, as they are on Plastik ve Makina.

  • A second way in

A calculator, a filter or a listing page has an address of its own, so people arrive there straight from search.

  • Every page has an address

On Günlük Hava Durumu every date and location keeps a permanent address of its own.

What we build

Web Software
  • A web application of your own

The parts working behind the site are built around your own way of operating: incoming requests, approvals, lists, the admin panel. At Diotek a pre-sale site survey and a post-installation service call were built as two separate flows.

  • Pages rendered on the server

Lists and pages are assembled on the server and arrive ready to display, so nobody watches an empty screen fill itself in. Plastik ve Makina refreshes its results in place when a filter changes, rather than reloading the page.

  • Performance and findability

Every page carries a permanent address, and headings and content come out in a form a search engine can read. Günlük Hava Durumu publishes each date and location breakdown at its own address.

  • Validation on the server

Form validation is never left to the browser; it happens again on the server. A request that arrives outside working hours still lands in writing instead of in a phone note.

  • Catalogue and filters

A product, listing or content catalogue follows the distinctions your own trade makes, and the filters answer questions buyers actually ask. On Plastik ve Makina new and second-hand machines share one list, with condition as a filter.

  • Life after launch

The team that writes the application also keeps maintaining it. Adding a section, or absorbing a busier season, does not mean standing up a second system.

AlgoCar — a work order opened in the browser holds the part and the invoice

Our own product: not an installation we handed over and walked away from, but software whose code and upkeep we carry. Nothing is installed in the workshop — the panel opens in a browser, Inertia delivers the screens, and a React Native (Expo) client writes to the same core. When a work order opens, the part consumed goes into it and the stock movement is deducted there. The invoice comes off that record too, so cost and revenue for one job close inside a single system. Service and repair history sits under the plate and chassis record. The vehicle context is stated plainly: what travels is the shape of the record, not the screens.

Working with Kartal teams, remotely

We have no office, so work for this city runs remotely and we do not offer on-site support. What was done, and why it was done that way, stays in writing. The project pages mark which builds came out of a partnership.

  • The first release ships as a working piece; extras follow later.
  • Every client we know of is in Turkey.
  • Decisions stay in writing; progress shows in working screens.

Frequently asked

  • Is the job you describe a website or a program?

If you need parts and invoices tracked, it is the second: a working tool that opens in a browser. AlgoCar installs nothing — the office machine and the one beside the bench reach the same address, and Inertia carries the screens between them.

  • Who opens the work order, the person at the bench?

Either can. AlgoCar's phone side is built with React Native (Expo) and the panel runs in the browser; both write to the same core, so it does not matter where a record starts — it collects in one place.

  • Can a customer follow their own job on a screen?

What we describe in AlgoCar is the workshop's own side. A status page opened to the outside is not part of that scope, and we would rather name the limit than imply something we have not built.

  • Once a system like this is running, who maintains it?

AlgoCar is our own product, so its upkeep is not handed to anyone — we live on it. We work fully remotely, with no crew that visits a workshop; the job runs by writing down together which record holds which piece of information.
